Cinco De Mayo "Cheats" and Non-cheats

I live in Texas, y'all. Cinco de Mayo is a thing here. Even during the quarantine, I want to splurge a little and play some cumbia in my back yard. Some things I definitely want to work into my meal plan: tequila and queso. The rest of my day will look as mundane as the others, but I will splurge a little bit in the evening.

Breakfast 120 calories

  • Coffee

  • Half of a Premier Protein shake

  • Half of a scoop of collagen peptides.

Lunch 270 calories

  • 4 oz Chicken

  • 1 cup of broccoli

Dinner 919 calories

  • 2 oz Beef, 2 oz Chicken, 2 oz Shrimp fajitas with grilled veggies.

  • 2 servings of Julios Chips and Queso Flaco.

  • 3 Coconut Lime Margaritas.

Total Calorie Count for the day: 1294... over budget by 94, but I will workout so.... going to live a little. :) *inserts grito here*
